The FDOC, in its wisdom, has made a deal with the JPAY company to digitize all
Florida prisoners' U.S. Postal Service mail. We will not receive any original
letters or cards from the "outside." Instead, JPAY will scan all our
mail, and send it to our tablets, effective May 9, 2022. If you choose to send
me a letter, please use the following format. Thanks. Sorry for the
inconvenience.
